This Rosa Rosa dress is a Timeless classic 1940's vintage inspired Polka Dot Tea dress.with a soft fitted elastic waist, button to waist shirt style bodice " Land Girl " style , button though to waist , softly flared A line skirt, Classic short sleeves and tie belt... I teamed it up with my little red Mary Jane's and a Next Navy Cardi.. just love the look and felt happy in it ..

Uber cute! Luv polka dots. And I have to say as an aside I really like the your spec frame. I'm due to have my eyes tested and I know I will need glasses I'll look for something like this :0)
