Boohoo Daisies...

Today's #OOTD is the gorgeous Boohoo Daisy swing dress.. l bought a few weeks ago, l have  worn it with bare legs and sandals but as the temperature is dropping l thought today l would team it up with leggings and a navy cardi... for pottering around at work and home but the outdoor look l teamed it with a gorgeous tasselled scarf from Peacocks and Denim Jacket from Dorothy Perkins..

The dress is a lovely length and the feel of the material is such good quality, it hangs just right... @boohoo never lets me down with the garments...

Red, White and Polkadot...

I have to say l loved wearing this outfit and looking at the photo is does make me smile... quite simple Black leggings, a lovely sheer and lace long line top from Yours Clothing.. my darling polkadot wedges from the Charity shop and a red bag l have had for years  and added to that  "Mrs Happy" necklace  by Blackheartcreatives

Koko by Koko Dress

It's been a little while since l have posted about an #OOTD  but sadly due to family commitments as explained in previous posts but it been difficult for me to sit at any length at a laptop... so l have a few photos of out fits that l will be catching up on over the next few days....

The outfit below was a dress purchased from Ebay.. brand new, and it just beautiful, l love the design and the mixtures of colours, it is a  New look inspire, floral dress by Koko, my first from this range but l know l will be looking out for it again.. 

The dress has an outside zip and a pale blue petticoat and the material is of lovely quality, and real bargain dress

I teamed it with a navy cardi and leggings and Loafer shoes but will wear it with heels as well..

The Last Few Days....... Traumatic Times...

As a few of you may have read my tweets on Twitter over the last week or so,  you will know that sadly we have had a very traumatic time but have come through the worse so l feel now l can write about it... 

After coming through hours of surgery, and a few days in Intensive care my daughter is making progress and her baby is doing well, when everything is more settled and they are home l will post photos of my darling new grandson "Alfie"

Seaside Sunday...

Even though there was a few clouds in the sky, Mr Happy and I decided we would go off to a quiet spot along the coast to walk along the coast line and so he could do a spot of fishing... l love the sound of the waves, and can sit there for hours almost transfixed by them... the sun was shining and we were smiling... Quality time together...

A Spot of Retail Therapy...

What better way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon wandering around the shops, we went over to Folkestone as Dover has no real decent shops at all sadly.. We had Brunch out which  was a nice treat.. had a look at a few market stalls then l couldn't resist a quick look in Primark haven't been in here for ages... and of course l couldn't leave empty handed...

Multi-Coloured Saturday.. #OOTD xx

I thought l would the weekend off as l mean to go on, bright and colourful... so today's Outfit Of The Day is a bright multi-coloured Shift Dress from Peacocks, teamed with leggings and when l went out l popped on my Cropped Denim Jacket from Dorothy Perkins,  and black Loafers from there as well, and my gorgeous red bag that was a bargain from the Charity shop last year....

#Outfitoftheday.. Pale Pink and Petals..

Today was a busy day.. sort of a here, there and everywhere day... so choose this beautiful pale pink  top from F&F .. l adore it.. it has a sheer top layer with petal stitched on and a under layer attached to cover those bits that the day light really doesn't need to see...  l teamed it with my Navy Jeggings and woven cream Pumps from Dorothy Perkins... love the overall outfit and was comfy for todays bits and pieces....

Red and White Stripes...

Twice l went back and looked at this dress in the Charity shop... totally new experience for me wearing something like this but writing this blog and reading many of the amazing blogs by so many plus size women  has given me the courage to try so many different things and totally take myself out of my comfort zone....

I matched it with a little white cardi, black cropped leggings and red mary janes...

Near where we live is such beautiful countryside and one place in particular is very special to me.. when my Mum passed away last year l used to come here and l would feel so close to her, it was a place where when l got there my emotions just flowed and l have no idea why... we call it the circle of tree's because that what it is...

Weekend Outfits.. Pottering and Protection xx

Saturday wasn't such a glorious day so we just pottered around the town and then garden and l was dressed accordingly ...

Slightly out of my comfort zone having never really worn stripes but l have to say l loved the outfit and had a few compliments about it so that made me smile and feel more confident... the Top is from Peacocks, Navy Jeggings also from Peacocks and my faithful Next mary janes ..

Now Sunday wasn't really about dressing for fashion but dressing for protection... 

Roaming or should that be roaring around the Kent countryside on the back of Mr happy...

Stopping off for the must have ice cream in the Deal at the ice cream parlour.. l forgo my usual  99 ice cream with a flake today and went for the double Rum and Raisin ..

Little treats over the weekend for myself , and l have to say not costing very much at all but look lovely ..

Saturday was a real treat day my order from Asos arrived and the postman brought my my order from Blackheartcreatives... l was a very happy bunny ...
